Improve the appearence of your Healey 100 by fitting our new industry leading grille surround. Accurately profiled and pressed in brass, our grille surround is tooled for a great fit from a superb original master. Crafted in the Midlands (England), our surround is vastly superior to the unevenly shaped (and incorrectly profiled) item offered occasionally elsewhere. This greatly improved product combined with our forthcoming grille slat assembly (due to be available late in November 2009), BN1 three speed gear sets and revised curve, uprated gauge rear bumpers demonstrate our total commitment to the future manufacture and supply of quality Healey 100 parts.

Available superbly chromed and in a polished brass and undrilled condition, thus allowing the customer to check for a correct fit to the shroud & the slat assembly before being finished. Priced as follows:

Remanufactured BN1 Three Speed Gear Sets

We, at A-Head 4 Healeys are continually looking to improve our product range and are proud to shortly be able to offer BN1 three speed gear sets. It is widely known that BN1 gears are notoriously difficult to replace, leaving the discerning Austin Healey BN1 owner searching through autojumbles for serviceable replacement gears. Many in the past have needed to modify their existing transmissions from 3 to 4 speed units and now the option to retain the originality of your BN1 will shortly become a reality with this precision made 3 speed gear set.

The gear ratios are original although the tooth profile is metric instead of the original imperial specification, therefore individual gears are not inter-changeable with existing or original gears. The laygear is manufactured with 3 oil holes rather than 1 to increase efficiency and longevity whilst the interior of the laygear is lined with phosphor-bronze bearings. Furthermore, original mainshafts, layshafts and synchro hubs can be retained on installation.

This fantastic new product has been manufactured to the highest standard in association with leading Healey 100 specialists, using modern techniques. This product has moved on from the developmental stage and is currently undergoing rigorous testing. Prices are yet to be confirmed but are expected to be competitive in regard to a 4 speed conversion. These gear sets will be manufactured in small production runs and will only be available periodically as demand dictates. It is therefore beneficial to register your interest early. GL4020 Grille Slat Assembly - Horizontal Slats
100/6 BN4 & BN6 through to 3000 Mark 1 BN7 & BT7. Re-tooled, re-manufactured and finished to the usual A-Head 4 Healeys high standards. Unlike other after market grilles, our grille does not crack between the assembly rivets and the edge of the grille slats. This ensures longevity of structure and safety in application. This is a competitively priced, premium finished product - a must have for the finishing touches to your Austin Healey.

SG4116 Collapsable Steering Columns (BN1-BJ8)

Now Available from A-head 4 Healeys a collapsible steering column with a difference! We can now offer a collapsible steering column conversion that allows you to use your original horn/ indicator assembly. This conversion uses the most advanced modern technology, subtly built into your original steering column. Even the stator tube is made to collapse in line with the rest of the column for added safety. The conversion takes approximately 4 weeks upon receipt of your steering box and also includes the overhaul of the steering box, providing the major components are serviceable. Available for BN1-BJ8, RHD and LHD, Adjustable and Non Adjustable steering box assemblies.
