Ordering and additional information

Payment (Cheque, Bank Transfer, Credit Card & Paypal)

Should be made with order. Cheques should be made payable to A Head 4 Healeys Ltd with name, address and cheque card number on the reverse. We accept most major credit cards (Please state main number, security code, valid from and expiry date). We also accept payment via bank transfer. Please also ensure that all charges are pre-paid in order that we receive the full amount of the invoice and request that the payee be informed. We also accept payments via Paypal secure payment services. If you have any questions regarding our methods of payment, please contact a member of our team.

Prices

Whilst A-Head 4 Healeys aims to maintain competitive prices for as long as possible, we reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.

All prices herein are listed without VAT and are regularly updated with EURO (€) and USD ($) rated conversions. The current rate of VAT is 20.00%.

Shipping

We work hard to offer the most competitive shipping costs available. We work closely with a range of shippers and can normally quote a range of delivery options and costs within 24 hours of enquiry. Shipping costs are approximated, but should a more precise quotation be required then we would need to collate a prospective order to obtain precise weights and dimensions. This process may take a little longer to produce a quotation.

Genuine O/E and Used Parts and Products

We offer many products and parts that are difficult to find elsewhere (i.e. used, serviceable parts and genuine Lucas or BMC parts). Whilst we seek to stock as many of these parts as possible, accessibility to these parts can vary from time to time. Please note that it would be pertinent to enquire about availability before ordering.

Online orders/enquiries

Orders or enquiries can be sent via our website (www.ahead4healeys.co.uk). Currently we do not have the facility to accept credit card details via our website but should you place an online order, a member of our sales team will contact you within 24 hours to discuss order status and payment method. We aim to answer all online enquiries same day (even at weekends).

Shortages

It is our intention to ensure that your order is correct at the point of despatch but in the unlikely event that a part of your order is missing, then please check contents and all packaging on receipt of order before reporting shortages to us.

Returns

Any parts that are incorrectly supplied or defective will be exchanged or refund given. Goods returned for any other reason must be not have been modified or fitted and returned within 30 days of the invoice date. They will then be subject to a 15% handling charge.

Warranty Claims

In the unlikely event that a product proves to be faulty, we will require you to supply an invoice number covering its purchase. A Product must be returned in order that we can confirm its fault. All new parts carry a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty subject to their conditions and commences from our invoice date, not its installation. Please note that the warranty covers the cost of the product only and does not extend to any additional costs.
