Covid-19 Service Update
We are pleased to advise that we are now fully operational following a period of shutdown and reduced services.
We have established safety measures on site in order that our staff can work according to current social distancing guidelines. This means that some staff members will continue to work from home, however our telephone lines are now open and we are servicing all telephone, email and online enquiries.
In order to minimise the risk of a further spike of Covid-19 in the short term, we have taken the decision to keep our shop closed to the visiting public until further notice. However, we shall permit order collections from our premises in person by appointment only and under strict social distancing conditions. Although our shipping times have improved significantly, we are continuing to receive a high volume of orders and subsequently we cannot guarantee to ship orders on a same day basis. We are working hard to process orders as quickly as possible.
