Cancellation policy, payment terms and returns 
This item is made to order and can only be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of submitting your order. A 50% deposit is taken before production can begin, this is your agreement and commitment to the order. The remaining 50% will be charged before dispatch. The deposit will not be refunded if you choose to cancel your order once it has been confirmed and production is underway. This item is non-returnable unless found to be faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
